38-year-old Woodrow Dyer in Marion County, Florida had a felony warrant issued last week for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. His pan to avoid the cops was to dress like a woman.
However the costume wasn't great, so the dude didn't exactly look like a lady. In fact, he looked a lot like Steven Tyler!
