Brothers playing together.

Most parents need help with most things tech related and they turn to their kids for help.

60% of people surveyed by BT Skills of Tomorrow say they ask their children for help with tech and gadgets. 58% of those who responded say they would rather talk about the "birds and the bees than ask their kids a technology related question.

On the flip side, most kids wouldn't even think to ask their parents for help with tech because they figure their kid wouldn't be able to help them anyway. 25% of children in the study ages six to eight and 53% ages 13 and14 said they go to their friends for help before they reach out to their parents
