Liz Gilbert had everything a modern woman is supposed to dream of having -- a husband, a house, a successful career -- yet like so many others, she found herself lost, confused, and searching for what she really wanted in life. In her travels, she discovers the true pleasure of nourishment by eating in Italy; the power of prayer in India, and, finally and unexpectedly, the inner peace and balance of true love in Bali.

Not your typical superhero movie
THIS IS A MOVIE FOR ADULTS, WITH SOME VERY DARK CONTENT AND ALOT OF  NUDITY.
OVERALL A VERY ENTERTAINING MOVIE THAT KEPT MY ATTENTION FOR THE ENTIRE 2 HR 47MIN.  YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AN AVID FAN OF THE COMIC BOOK, BECAUSE THE MOVIE TAKES YOU THROUGH MOST OF THE CHARACTERS BACK STORIES WHILE STILL KEEPING THE PLOT MOVING FORWARD.  THIS IS A REAL TWIST ON A SUPERHERO MOVIE, BUT I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT IT IS DEFINITLY RATED "R".
