"I'm Still Here" is a portrayal of a tumultuous year in the life of actor Joaquin Phoenix. The film is a portrait of an artist at a crossroads and explores notions of courage and creative reinvention, as well as the ramifications of a life spent in the public eye.

THIS IS A MOVIE FOR ADULTS, WITH SOME VERY DARK CONTENT AND ALOT OF NUDITY.
OVERALL A VERY ENTERTAINING MOVIE THAT KEPT MY ATTENTION FOR THE ENTIRE 2 HR 47MIN. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AN AVID FAN OF THE COMIC BOOK, BECAUSE THE MOVIE TAKES YOU THROUGH MOST OF THE CHARACTERS BACK STORIES WHILE STILL KEEPING THE PLOT MOVING FORWARD. THIS IS A REAL TWIST ON A SUPERHERO MOVIE, BUT I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT IT IS DEFINITLY RATED "R".
