A group of workers from the Quaker Oats plant in Des Moines, Iowa are not only rich, but they've earned a place in the record book after scoring the largest lottery prize in the history of Iowa today (Wednesday)
At the press conference to claim their prize, the winners wore light-blue T-shirts sporting the words "You're lookin' at a winner!" when they claimed their $241 million Powerball prize. And they're already putting some of their winnings to use by going to court to seek an injunction to halt the release of their last names.
After choosing the lump-sum option of $160.3 million, the 18 men and two women -- who work in the shipping department of the Quaker plant -- will get about $5.6 million after taxes.
