All prizes are available AFTER 12 NOON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED at time of winning.
You will have to come to the WCOL offices during normal business hours (M-F from 8:30am - 5:30pm) to pick-up your prize. *The WCOL Business and Promotions Offices are not open on weekends and holidays. Please call ahead to verify hours at 614-486-6101.
The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form and 30/30 Agreement.
Please bring one form of picture identification (required). **If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize**
Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, you will receive your prize.
WINNER TICKETS FOR ALL CONCERTS AT THE PROMOWEST VENUES (LC, BASEMENT AND NEWPORT) WILL BE AWARDED IN THE FORM OF WINNERS NAME ON THE STATIONS GUEST LIST. WINNER CANNOT CHANGE NAME ON GUEST LIST ONCE PRIZE IS AWARDED.
Prize Winning Notice:
You are not eligible to win another contest for a period of 30 days after the date you won, unless otherwise specified by WCOL personnel. This does not apply to national contesting or eligibility as a qualifier for premiere contests. You may receive a copy of the Winner's Release, as well as the 30/30 Agreement. Please ask the WCOL station representative to give you a copy.
If a prize is not picked within 30 days of winning prize or notification by WCOL of prize being in, listener will forfeit prize. For tickets to shows, events, movies, etc., forfeiture will occur at the close of the last business prior to the show, event, movie, etc.
If a prize is not in at the time of winning, WCOL staff will contact winner via telephone during normal business hours. WCOL is not responsible for any errors in contacting winners for any reason.
Prizes must be claimed by the actual contest winner unless prior arrangements can be made. Substitutions will be rare, but can be considered by the WCOL Promotions Department.

WCOL thanks you for participating in all of our contests and would like to remind you of our general contest rules:
Participants and winner(s) must reside in the station’s total survey area (TSA), as defined by Arbitron inc.
Only one winner per household every thirty (30) days. All prizes not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date won will be forfeited unless winners are otherwise notified.
If prize is not picked up within or outside of thirty (30) days of the date won, you are still considered a contest winner and must adhere to the rules of eligibility.
Once a prize is won on the air, and all the winners information is taken, you are an official winner of WCOL and must abide by all of the official contest rules.
Anyone who wins one thousand ($1000) dollars or more in cash, prizes, or a combination of both, is not eligible to win again for a period of one (1) year.
All calls on the contest line can be recorded for playback on WCOL.
All prizes must be picked up at the WCOL business office during normal business hours, , Monday through Friday except holidays. (Please call ahead for holiday hours)
proper id must be presented when picking up a prize and a standard release form must be signed.
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason.
All checks will be held for pick up for one year from station receipt of check.
WCOL does not assume responsibility for events cancelled and/or rescheduled, and is not responsible for replacing tickets/prizes already won to the events cancelled.
Employees of WCOL, clear channel communications, inc., participating sponsors, their families, and employees of any radio station in the Columbus, Ohio total survey area, as designated by Arbitron, are not eligible to win.
Any meet and greet or any variation of meet and greet passes won on WCOL are non transferable. winner must be present to attend. no exceptions.
WCOL assumes the right to change these and any contest rules at any time. specific rules may apply to different contests and are available either on-line, at the station, or both.
