DOs and DON’Ts of What To Bring

Q: When do entry gates open?
A: Gates for the WCOL Country Jam will open at on Sunday, June 16th.
Q: If we can enter the show grounds at , what time does the show start?
A: We anticipate music to begin at . We have a great line-up with a TON of amazing talent that you will not want to miss, so get here early!
Q: Is there an age requirement to enter the show?
A: This is an all-ages show.
Q: What if it rains on the day of the show?
A: The Concert will take place rain or shine. No tickets will be refunded or exchanged in the event of rain. All tickets are non-refundable.
Q: Can I bring in an umbrella if it is raining?
A: Small umbrellas are permitted in the Lawn area only. Umbrellas may not be opened in the main concert area or PIT. No large or golf style umbrellas will be permitted in the venue.
Q: Is there a handicapped accessible area?
A: There will be handicapped accessible parking available at the front of the parking lot for those with a handicapped placard. Shuttle service into the venue will be available for those with limited mobility who are otherwise unable to get to the handicapped section. There will be a specific section reserved for handicapped patrons. Chairs will not be provided. You are welcome to bring your own lawn chair.
Q: Is there an ATM available?
A: There are 4 ATMs available on-site. Credit Cards will be accepted at the Box Office, but will not be accepted in the venue for food or drink purchases.
Q: Is there Re-Entry to the show?
A: There is NO RE-ENTRY into the show grounds once your ticket is scanned.
Q: Is there a medic team on-site or a first aid tent?
A: There will be a medic on-site.
Q: What if I purchase my tickets through a third-party retailer like Craigslist, StubHub, etc.?
A: The purchaser assumes all risk when purchasing from any source other than flavorus.com or directly from The Bluestone’s box office. In the event of show cancellation, refunds will only be given to those who have purchased the tickets directly from these locations, not second hand retailers.
Q: Can we tailgate in the parking lot before the show?
A: Definitely! You can also purchase a camping pass and extend the party for the entire weekend.
Q: Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child(ren)?
A: Yes, anyone that would like to enter in the venue must have a valid ticket. However, this show is all ages to anyone with a valid ticket.
Q: Can I bring my personal cameras inside the gates?
A: Small, “point and shoot” cameras and cell phone cameras will be permitted. Absolutely no professional cameras or video recording devices will be permitted on the venue grounds.
Q: What forms of payment will be accepted on the show grounds?
A: Credit Cards will be accepted at the Box office, but only Cash will be accepted in the venue for food and drink purchases.
Q: What kind of food will be available inside the venue?
A: There will be an assortment of food carts on site to purchase food. Check out our Food and Beverage tab for all of the specifics!
Q: What is Country Jam’s Zero Tolerance Policy?
A: Country Jam has a Zero Tolerance policy on underage consumption. Any minors found consuming alcoholic beverages and/or adults found providing alcoholic beverages to minors, or anyone causing a disturbance to others at any time during the WCOL Country Jam will be removed from the facility without a refund.
Q: Where will I park?
A. Ample parking is available in all surrounding lots labeled as event parking. Look out for signage and people directing you to the appropriate lots. Due to the high volume of traffic we expect during this event, we recommend that you give yourself ample time to travel to the event.
Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is included in your ticket price for your convenience. There will be no additional charge for parking.
Q: What is the difference between
A: PIT PASSES grant you access to the area just in front of the stage. There is no seating or assigned seating in this area.
Q: Will I be able to bring my chair into the PIT Area?
A: No, unfortunately chairs are not allowed in the PIT area. However you can bring a single seated, lawn chair into any of the General Admission and Lawn areas of the venue.
