Yahoo has a great article about how to make your employees happier at work.  We aren't talking crazy things here, we are talking minor things that can really make you happier at the office.  Things like, leave us the heck alone, let us just do our job.  Or how about letting us work from home sometimes.  And give us hope that we have a chance of advancing.  No one wants to be in a dead end job!
