I think I have said this every year for the past five years, BUT, this time I mean it. I am going to brine my turkey... I hope I do it right and it tastes as good and moist as Robin promises.

And since it won't fit in fridge for 24 hours, she says I can pack it in ice in a cooler. I think that's what I will try!!! Let me know if you try it or do it every year. stacie
