Hearing that a fisherman stole another fisherman’s catch is bad enough, but to hear that the thieving fisherman then proceeded to take credit it for it and have it filleted is just adding insult to injury.  THEN on top of that, it’s an incredibly rare fish that was last seen in the area 22 years ago. Well, at least the people that caught this extra special fish have a video to prove that they indeed caught this rare fish of wonder. Check it out below!
