After years of financial trouble and bankruptcy the beloved hostess snack food company is now closing it's doors. The closing will result in Hostess' nearly 18,500 workers losing their jobs as the company shuts 33 bakeries and 565 distribution centers nationwide.
The company's assets will be sold off to the highest bidder which means there may be a new name/life for the brands we love oh so much.
