Florida has a very weird problem that has led to a very special solution. The Everglades swamps are being infested with Burmese pythons that prey on endangered native species. So, the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has launched a Python Challenge for 2013. A $1,500 prize will go to the person who kills the most pythons, while $1,000 will go to the person who gets the longest one. Participants must register for $25 and take an online training class.
