Lindsay Lohan has lost her legal battle with Pitbull. Lindsay sued the singer in 2011 for using her name in the hit song Give Me Everything. A New York judge has sided with Pitbull saying the song is a work of art protected by the first amendment.

Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are divorcing after 8 years of marriage. The couples married in 2004 and have been separated for months. They have no children together.
